Answers to the questions I hear most often about career coaching at Outer Limits Coaching. Still wondering about something? Reach out any time.
A career coach helps you get clear on what you want from your work and life, then builds a practical plan to get there. At Outer Limits Coaching that means clarifying your values and goals, evaluating your current job satisfaction, weighing opportunities and risks, creating an action plan, and building the resilience and confidence to follow through.
I work with people at a professional crossroads — those deciding whether to stay in their current role, pursue a new opportunity, or reenter the workforce. Clients range from professionals considering a career change to people navigating a big life transition.
Both. I'm based in Boise, Idaho, and work with local clients as well as clients across the United States online over video. Coaching works just as well virtually, so you can take sessions from anywhere.
iPEC (the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) is an accredited coach-training program. As an iPEC Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Master Practitioner, I use a research-backed framework to help you understand how you show up, where your energy goes, and how to shift it toward what you want.
It depends on your goals. Some clients reach clarity in a few focused sessions; others prefer ongoing support over several months as they work through a transition. We'll figure out the right cadence together on your free consultation.
Pricing depends on the package and how we decide to work together. The best place to start is a free 30-minute consultation, where we'll talk through your goals and I'll recommend the right fit — no pressure.
